Refund policy

As our jewellery is delicate and for hygiene safety, we follow these guidelines:

Issues with Your Order
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Proof Required
A proper unboxing video is necessary to request any return or exchange. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened. Requests without this proof may not be approved.

Items Not Eligible
Earrings and nose pins are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene concerns, unless they are defective upon arrival.

Refund Timeline
After we receive the product and complete a quality check, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
